CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1583 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> pv~ASANTON ROTARY NORTH FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Rotary North has applied for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br /> to construct seven attached residential units on an <br /> approximately 0.56 acre site located on the southeast <br /> corner of Palomino Drive and Concord Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2,500 (Multiple Family <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on November 3, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 3, <br /> 1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section_ 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.56 acre <br /> site located on the southeast corner of Palomino Drive <br /> and Concord Street to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - High Density Residential District. <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> .... April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #420, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A", dated November 3, 1992, and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference- <br /> <br /> <br />
