CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1582 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JAMES LAVEY/DARRYL ALEXANDER FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 547 SYCAMORE ROAD, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-07 WHEREAS, James Lavey and Darryl Alexander have applied for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to construct a four-unit single-family residential development located at 547 Sycamore Road, generally the southwest corner of the Sycamore Road/Amber Lane intersection; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the North Sycamore Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, and, thus, no additional environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 20, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan is consistent with the North Sycamore Specific Plan, the North Sycamore Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, and the City of Pleasanton General Plan policies. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a four-unit single-family residential development located at 547 Sycamore Road, generally the southwest corner of the Sycamore Road/Amber Lane intersection, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
