be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and archi- <br /> tectural information as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />44. All site improvement and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br /> to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet D1VIV noise <br /> standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />45. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site <br /> at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />46. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />47. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing resi- <br /> dences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />48. Materials and equipment storage shall be located on the east side of the site by the Zone 7 <br /> pump station property. <br /> <br />Police and Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />49. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasanton Munici- <br /> pal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />50. The developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber construction <br /> until the final inspection. <br /> <br /> 51. Prior to any construction framing, the developer shall provide adequate fire protection fa- <br /> cilities, including, but not limited to driveways, fire hydrants, and a water supply and water <br /> flow in conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to suppress a major fire. <br /> When alternate methods of fire protection are approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement <br /> may be waived or modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be sub- <br /> mitted in writing to the Fire Chief prior to any framing construction. Work on the alterna- <br /> tive fire protection methods shall not begin until approved by the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> 52. All private driveways and aisles designated as fire lanes by the Fire Chief shall be main- <br /> tained in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Uniform Fire Code which permits tow- <br /> ing vehicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire lane curbs shall be painted red with "No <br /> Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" or "No Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" signs <br /> <br /> PUD-96-19, Early Learning Institute April 1, 1997 <br /> Exhibit "B", Conditions of Approval Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
