Ordinance No. 1710 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for the construction and operation of a <br /> private school for up to 200 children, grades one through eight, with two, <br /> one-story buildings totaling 17,000 square feet on an approximately <br /> 3.51-acre vacant site located on the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive <br /> between Stone Pointe Way and the Zone 7 pump station, subject to the <br /> conditions shown n Exhibit "B ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br />March 18, 1997. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on April 1, <br />1997 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Michelotti, Ayala, and Dennis <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver and Councilmember Pico <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~Cc~T.
