Exhibit "B" <br /> <br /> PUD-81-30-35M and PUD-85-8-16M <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> <br /> February 18, 1997 <br /> <br />1. Subsections 1.1 (hh) and 3.0 (a) of Section B.4 of the Development Plan are revised as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> a. 1.1 Retail/Commercial and Financial Planning District: <br /> The permitted uses for the Retail/Commercial and Financial Planning District <br /> CCPD") are: <br /> <br /> (hh) Hotels and motels, but only on Parcel 1C, Parcel 5A, and Parcel 56A. <br /> Hotels/motels are conditional uses on Parcel 52, Parcel 53A, and Parcels <br /> 57A, B, and C. <br /> <br /> b. 3.0 Prohibited Uses: <br /> The following operations and uses shall not be permitted on any Parcel: <br /> <br /> (a) Hotel/Motel/Motor Inn, except on parcel 1C, Parcel 5A, Parcel 52,, Par- <br /> eel 53A, Parcel 56A, and Parcels 57A, B, and C. <br /> <br /> The applicant shall publish new guidelines with these changes within 90 days of the <br /> City's approval of these changes. Copies shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall record new CC&R's, subject to review and approval by the City At- <br /> torney, revised to include the above-stated changes. <br /> <br />3. All present conditions of the approved Hacienda Business Park PUD development plans <br /> and design guidelines and City-approved major/minor modifications shall remain in full <br /> force and effect except as modified by this application. <br /> <br /> <br />
