CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO.-1706 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I (PART) OF <br /> ORDINANCE 1642 AND SECTIONS 1.10.020 AND <br /> 1.10.040 OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> CONCERNING STATEMENTS OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS <br /> AND DESIGNATED POSITIONS UNDER THE CONFLICT OF <br /> INTEREST CODE. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section i (Part) of Ordinance 1642 and Sections <br /> 1.10.020 and 1.10.040 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> se1.10.020 Statements of Economic Interests. <br /> <br /> The officials and employees designated in Section <br /> 1.10.040 of this Chapter shall file statements of <br /> economic interest with the City Clerk. Upon receipt of <br /> the statements of the City Council, Planning <br /> Commission, City Manager, City Attorney and employees <br /> making decisions relating to financial investments, the <br /> City Clerk shall make and retain a copy and forward the <br /> original of these statements to the Fair Political <br /> Practices Commission. The City Clerk shall retain <br /> statements for all other designated employees.
