.' EXHIBIT "B" <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> Case PUD-81-30-38M and PUD-85-08-15 <br /> Hacienda Environmental Monitoring Requirements <br /> <br /> I.) Condition Number 14 of Ordinance Number 1325 shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> Groundwater Test Wells: Should the City determine that a particular use <br /> in Hacienda has the possibility of negatively impacting the groundwater <br /> basin. the City may require additional site specific groundwater <br /> monitoring. The details of the additional groundwater monitoring shall be <br /> determined by the City Engineer prior to the use being approved. <br /> <br /> All wells which are to be abandoned shall be done so pursuant to the <br /> requirements of Zone 7. Prior to the abandonment of any well, the <br /> applicant will assist Zone 7 in identifi,.'ing the wells which are to be taken <br /> over by Zone 7. The Hacienda Owners Association shall help coordinate <br /> all abandonment activities with Zone 7. <br /> <br /> 2.) Condition Number 15 of Ordinance Number 1325 shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> Air Quality Analysis: Should the City determine that a particular use in <br /> Hacienda has the possibility of negatively impacting air quality, the City <br /> may require additional air quality analysis and monitoring for the <br /> particular use. The details and scope of the additional analysis shall be <br /> determined by the Planning Director prior to the use being approved. <br /> <br /> 3. ) Condition Number 16 of Ordinance Number 1325 shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> Noise Analysis: Should the City determine that a particular use in <br /> Hacienda has the possibility of negatively impacting the existing and <br /> projected noise levels, the City may require additional noise monitoring to <br /> ascertain the potential specific noise impacts. Should the resulting <br /> negative impacts exceed General Plan standards, the use shall not be <br /> allowed unless adequate mitigation measures are implemented to reduce <br /> said impacts to comply with the applicable General Plan standards. <br /> <br /> 4.) All other conditions of Ordinance Number 1325 shall remain in effect and in full force. <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
