B. Once approved, low income rental projects and low income for-sale projects <br /> shall be subject to the same reallocation/lapsing provisions as projects <br /> approved in the procedure described in section 17.36.060 of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> C. A low income rental project or a low income for-sale project which also <br /> includes market-rate units shall be approved for growth management in its <br /> entirety; provided, however, the construction of the project may be phased. If <br /> phased, the developer shall submit to the City a phasing plan detailing the <br /> construction of the units meeting the criteria set forth in sections 17.36.080 or <br /> 17.36.082 of this Chapter.
