CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1728 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> MIKE DOMINISSE FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-96-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mike Dominisse has applied for PUD plan approval to allow the construction of a <br /> 3,540 square foot single-family home with a 1,080 square foot three-car garage on <br /> a 2.43 acre site located at 2500 Vineyard Avenue, generally the southernmost <br /> terminus of Pietronave Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR (Rural Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> PUD plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 4, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD plan is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-96-12, the application of Mike Dominisse for PUD plan <br /> approval to allow the construction of a 3,540 square foot single-family home with <br /> a 1,080 square foot three-car garage on a 2.43 acre site located at 2500 Vineyard <br /> Avenue, generally the southernmost terminus of Pietronave Lane, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
