Ordinance No. 1723 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City <br />" Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning <br /> Unit Map ~434, dated September 16, 1977, and attached hereto as Exhibit "D" and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for the construction of an approximately 6, 100 square <br />" foot office building with semi-subterranean parking and thirty (30) single-family detached <br /> homes on an approximately 3.2 acre site, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section__4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to <br /> Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 5: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br /> its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> September 16, 1997. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on October 7, <br /> 1997 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Michelotti ~ '~4~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ,~C.
