Engineering <br /> <br />63 .) A drain inlet shall be installed which captures the rear yard drainage from the lots generally south <br /> of the end San Antonio Street and transport this drainage into the City's existing underground <br /> storm drain system. The City Engineer may approve an alternative storm drain system. The <br /> preliminary details for this improvement shall be shown on the tentative map. <br /> <br />64.) In conjunction with the improvement plans submitted with the final map, the intersection of <br /> Sunol Boulevard and Diamond Court shall be stripped to prohibit blockage of the intersection to <br /> the satisfaction of the Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />65.) The proposed street improvements shall be installed per Chapter 19.40,010 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These improvements may include, <br /> but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, <br /> sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, underground utilities, traffic control devices, <br /> landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br /> <br />66.) The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil engineer <br /> depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including concrete-lined <br /> V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. This plan shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building <br /> Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />67.) The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br /> issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br /> determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />68.) The applicant shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those parcels of land <br /> intended to be public streets. <br /> <br />69.) The applicant shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for public service <br /> easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or other easements which may <br /> be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />70.) The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this development <br /> shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />71.) The applicant shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. When the sidewalk is adjacent to the curb and gutter, <br /> they shall be poured monolithically. <br /> <br />AP-97-10 (PUD-97-03) Conditions of Approval Page 11 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
