CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1749 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF STANDARD PACIFIC OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR A MODIFICATION OF AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-11-3M WHEREAS, Standard Pacific of Northern California has applied for a modification of an approved Planned unit Development to replace 146 clustered, single-family detached homes with 143 "inter-locking", single-family detached dwellings on an approximately 16.1-acre site located at the southeast comer of Stoneridge Drive and Trevor Parkway; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR and MDR (Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the proposed modification; and WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on May 19, 1998; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed building designs are attractive and well-designed and the modification to the PUD plan is appropriate. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-91-11-3M, the application of Standard Pacific of Northern California for a modification of an approved Planned Unit Development to replace 146 clustered, single-family detached homes with 143 "inter-locking", single-family detached dwellings on an approximately 16.1-acre site located at the southeast comer of Stoneridge Drive and Trevor Parkway, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
