CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1748 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF TRUMARK COMMERCIAL FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-97-22 WHEREAS, Trumark Commercial has applied for PUD plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 3+ acre site (two existing parcels) into nine lots ranging in size from approximately 11,000 square feet to 12,400 square feet located at 1605 and 1609 Rose Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved in conjunction with the previous PUD plan; therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 19, 1998; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent wih the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-97-22, the application of Trumark Commercial for PUD plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 3+ acre site (two existing parcels) into nine lots ranging in size from approxiamtely 11,000 square feet to 12,400 square feet located at 1605 and 1609 Rose Avenue, subject to the condtions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
