CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1748 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />TRUMARK COMMERCIAL FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-97-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Trumark Commercial has applied for PUD plan approval to allow the subdivision <br />of a 3+ acre site (two existing parcels) into nine lots ranging in size from <br />approximately 11,000 square feet to 12,400 square feet located at 1605 and 1609 <br />Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium <br /> Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved in conjunction with the previous PUD plan; <br /> therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 19, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent wih the <br /> General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-97-22, the application of Trumark Commercial for PUD plan <br />approval to allow the subdivision of a 3+ acre site (two existing parcels) into nine <br />lots ranging in size from approxiamtely 11,000 square feet to 12,400 square feet <br />located at 1605 and 1609 Rose Avenue, subject to the condtions shown on <br />"Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
