CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDNANCE NO. 1742 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MIKE AND SUSAN FROST FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-97-21 WHEREAS, Mike and Susan Frost have applied for PUD plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 3.29+ acre parcel into a 1.05 + acre parcel, a 1.21 + acre parcel, and 1.03 + acre parcel located at 990 Sycamore Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - A (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared and certified for the North Sycamore Specific Plan and the Califomia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) specifies that individual residential development projects that are prepared pursuant to the requirements of an adopted specific plan, for which an EIR has been prepared and certified, are exempt from additional environmental review; therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 7, 1998; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent with the General Plan, the North Sycamore Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-97-21, the application of Mike and Susan Frost for PUD Development Plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 3.29+acre parcel into a 1.05+ acre parcel, a 1.21+ are parcel, and 1.03+ acre parcel located at 990 Sycamore Road, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
