CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDNANCE NO. 1742 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> MIKE AND SUSAN FROST FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-97-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mike and Susan Frost have applied for PUD plan approval to allow the subdivision <br /> of a 3.29+ acre parcel into a 1.05 + acre parcel, a 1.21 + acre parcel, and 1.03 + <br /> acre parcel located at 990 Sycamore Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - A (Agricultural) <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared and certified for the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan and the Califomia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> specifies that individual residential development projects that are prepared <br /> pursuant to the requirements of an adopted specific plan, for which an EIR has <br /> been prepared and certified, are exempt from additional environmental review; <br /> therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 7, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent with the <br /> General Plan, the North Sycamore Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-97-21, the application of Mike and Susan Frost for PUD <br /> Development Plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 3.29+acre parcel into a <br /> 1.05+ acre parcel, a 1.21+ are parcel, and 1.03+ acre parcel located at 990 <br /> Sycamore Road, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
