33. The haul route for construction shall be submitted for the review and approval bv the Citv Engineer prior to an,,' work on the site. 34. The applicant shall submit a final Fading and drainage plan prepared bv a licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. including concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. 35. Contractors shall also be required to cleanup mud and dust carried onto the streets by construction vehicles on a daily basis or as determined necessary. bv the City Engineer. 36. Storm drainage swales. gutters, inlets, outfalls. and channels not within the area of a dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City Engineer shall be privately maintained by the property owners or through an association approved by the City. 37. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. 38. The applicant's contractoris) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City Engineer prior to moving anv construction equipment onto the site. 39. The owner of this lot shall enter into an agreement to participate in the legal entity established with the owners of the lots in PUD-88-16 (Lots 1.2. and 3 of Parcel Map 6261 and Parcel A of Parcel Map 5791) for the purposes of maintenance and repair of the entire length of the private road, utility systems, and landscaping that serve both of these developments. This length shall extend from Foothill Road to its terminus at the hammerhead on this lot. Prior to the final inspection of this home, the pavement integrity of the Fire Department hammerhead on this property shall be deemed satisfactory by the City Engineer and Fire Marshal. Urban Runoff 40. The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures on the grading plan which shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt, and debris from entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but are PUD-98-10 City Council
