CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1766 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JERRELL THOMAS TO CREATE A BUILDABLE SINGLE-FAMLY RESIDENTIAL LOT AND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ONE TWO-STORY HOME, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-10 WHEREAS, Jerrell Thomas has applied for Planned Unit Development plan approval to create a buildable single-family residential lot approximately 1.25 acres in size and for construction of one approximately 5,000 square foot two-story home located at 8093 Bethel Lane; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, based on the initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on November 17, 1998; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 17, 1998; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Planned Unit Development plan to create a buildable single-family residential lot conforms to the purposes of the PUD District and is consistent with the City's General Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-98-10, the application of Jerrell Thomas for Planned Unit Development plan approval to create a buildable single-family residential lot approximately 1.25 acres in size located at 8093 Bethel Lane, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
