CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1756 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> ALBERT WILLIAM ESPERSON COMPANY, INC. FOR <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-98-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Albert William Esperson Company, Inc. has applied for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density <br /> Residential) and development plan approval for three single-family residential lots <br /> located at 4264 First Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2,500 (Multiple Family Residential, 2,500 square <br /> foot lot per unit minimum) Density; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by <br /> Council on July 7, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> rezoning and development plan approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the rezoning and development plan are consistent with <br /> the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of the site located at 4264 First Street from RM-2,500 <br /> (Multiple Family Residential) to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High <br /> Density Residential) District and development plan approval for three <br /> single-family residential lots located at 4264 First Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the <br /> City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map 4/438, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated July 7, <br /> 1998, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
