CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1756 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ALBERT WILLIAM ESPERSON COMPANY, INC. FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-02 WHEREAS, Albert William Esperson Company, Inc. has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential) and development plan approval for three single-family residential lots located at 4264 First Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2,500 (Multiple Family Residential, 2,500 square foot lot per unit minimum) Density; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on July 7, 1998; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1998; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the rezoning and development plan are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of the site located at 4264 First Street from RM-2,500 (Multiple Family Residential) to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential) District and development plan approval for three single-family residential lots located at 4264 First Street. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map 4/438, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated July 7, 1998, and incorporated herein by this reference.
