Condition No. 22: <br /> <br />Between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., only the property owner, <br />operators of emergency vehicles, and management/security personnel may <br />enter the 52 space parking lot. <br /> <br />Condition No. 23: <br /> <br />The City will enforce the new/modified PUD conditions, and violations of <br />them will be prosecuted/abated through the City's enfomement procedures <br />(i.e., administrative citations, administrative remedies, or a civil action to <br />abate a violation of the City's ordinances). The City may also seek to <br />enforce specifically the settlement agreement. <br /> <br />Condition No. 24: <br /> <br />The property owner shall, within thirty (30) days of the execution of the <br />settlement agreement, install a lattice panel extension along the top of the <br />existing masonry wall of 2820 Longspur Way. The lattice panel extension <br />shall be of the same type and cost as that which the shopping center owner <br />installed for the other contiguous residents along Longspur Way. The <br />shopping center owner's total contribution to the lattice improvements shall <br />not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). <br /> <br />Condition No. 25: <br /> <br />The property owner shall, within thirty (30) days of the execution of the <br />settlement agreement, make any and all repairs or necessary replacements <br />to the existing automatic parking lot timer by Building No. 5 to ensure that <br />it functions properly. <br /> <br />The property owner shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for <br />the lattice panel extension prior to commencement of construction. <br /> <br />Except as modified by conditions 1 through 3, above, all conditions of Cases <br />PUD-85-10 through PUD-85-10-3M, PUD-85-10-5M, and Ordinance No. 1598, <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> <br />
