Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 7, Item No. 19, include '~ the same review process and time for <br />review as if it was in the EIR process." <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 7, Item No. 20, be amended to read, "Chairperson Roberts." <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that Page 7, be amended to read, "... after conducting a community <br />support analysis and including a citizen's committee." <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that Page 8, second paragraph, be amended to read, "Further, that a <br />community support analysis be conducted prior to his supporting that level of housing." <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that Page 10, third paragraph, pertains to the EIR statement of overriding <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 10, paragraph 5, be amended to read, "including provision of <br />additional housing, open space, as evidenced by half the land in golf course and parks, and public <br />improvements. <br /> <br />The October 27, 1999, Planning Commission minutes were approved, as amended. <br /> <br />3. UP-99-49, Gravina Place LLC <br /> Application for a conditional use permit to serve alcohol after 10:00 p.m. within an existing <br /> restaurant (Hap's) located at 122 Neal Street. Zoning for the property is C-C (Central- <br /> Commercial)/Downtown Revitalization District. <br /> <br /> Mr. Plucker referenced a staff report dated November 10, 1999, and highlighted key areas contained in <br /> the report including background information, site and project description, hours of operation, noise, and <br /> parking.
