The overall project site is <br />unincorporated and is located at 11393 Dublin Canyon Road. The Planning Commission <br />will also consider the negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to the next meeting. <br />1999 Growth Management Report and Requests for Reallocations from Greenbriar Homes <br />(Bridle Creek), Trident Associates (Castlewood Estates), and Black Mountain Development <br />(Carriage Gardens) <br /> <br />Continued to the next meeting. <br /> <br />City Licensing of a Portion of an 18.58-acre Parcel on Bernal Avenue South of Stanley <br /> <br />Boulevard and North of the Arroyo Del Valle <br />Determination that the City licensing of an approximately 2.5-acre portion of an <br />undeveloped 18.58-acre parcel (APN 946-4542-044-002) for public park use is in <br />conformance with the General Plan. The subject parcel is located on the east side of <br />Bernal Avenue, south of Stanley Boulevard, and directly north of the Arroyo Del Valle. <br />The parcel has a General Plan land use designation of Retail/Highway/Service Commercial, <br />Business and Professional Office. The zoning designation is Planned Unit Development- <br />Commercial (PUD-C). <br /> <br />Continued to the next meeting. <br /> <br />h. Consideration of Potential Land Uses for the San Francisco Bernal Propert~ <br /> <br />Mr. Swift noted that the City Council has requested that the relevant Commissions provide input of uses <br />for the San Francisco Bemal property in the event that the land is purchased by the City.
