THE CITY OF <br /> <br />pL£AS&NTON <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 22, 1999 <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of September 22, 1999 was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Roberts. <br /> <br />1. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Gregory Plucker, Senior Planner; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Wes Jost, Engineer Associate; Steven Goins, Assistant Planner; and <br />Katherine Ferreira, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Harvey Kameny, Trish Maas, and Mary Roberts <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Kris Kumaran and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas requested that the tape of the meeting be reviewed to ascertain if the last <br />paragraph under "Future Planning Calendar" reflected Commissioner Sullivan's comments. As a <br />result of this, the last sentence of the paragraph was amended to read as follows: "Commissioner <br />Sullivan stated that he would not support any special meetings between now and November. He <br />noted that there is an initiative that the public has said they want to vote on, and that he feels it <br />would be a violation of public trust to accelerate the process to get something done before the <br />public has a chance to vote on it." <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts amended the motion on page 8 to read as follows: "... (3)that defined <br />grading pads be presented at the Tentative Map hearing in order to reduce flat pad grading;" <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES 1 September 22, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
