Mr. Swift reiterated that the staff report will be available on June 18, 1999, and that the applicant will need to respond to issues the Commission has raised including the EIR, which is currently before the Commission. Discussion ensued relating to the density of lots, lot sizes for single-family dwellings, and a three-story maximum for multi-family units. Chairperson Kumaran requested that the applicant provide a table indicating the density of the project in terms of lot sizes. Further, that staff.provide the density of lots in other developments in Pleasanton. Commissioner Sullivan requested that the applicant identify on the map the proposed lots for multi-family and single-family units. Commissioner Kameny requested that the applicant provide a proposed high school site for the property. Commissioner Sullivan requested that the applicant report on the alternative possibilities for the project, such as a lower number of units and a proposed high school. Chairperson Kumaran requested that the developer provide information relating to the amenities and fees for the project. Commissioner Roberts requested that the applicant specifically address issues relating to the $1 million for open space being rejected by the voters in voting for Measure P. The applicant noted that the substance of the presentation will be for clarifying and expanding on the Commission's understanding of the issues for the project, and will not be to negotiate issues relating to the project. 7.
