transit, school siting for elementary and high schools, energy efficiency, narrowness of streets, <br />affordable housing, and traffic mitigation. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift reiterated that the staff report will be available on June 18, 1999, and that the applicant will <br />need to respond to issues the Commission has raised including the EIR, which is currently before the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to the density of lots, lot sizes for single-family dwellings, and a three-story <br />maximum for multi-family units. <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that the applicant provide a table indicating the density of the project in <br />terms of lot sizes. Further, that staff.provide the density of lots in other developments in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that the applicant identify on the map the proposed lots for <br />multi-family and single-family units. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny requested that the applicant provide a proposed high school site for the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that the applicant report on the alternative possibilities for the project, <br />such as a lower number of units and a proposed high school. <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that the developer provide information relating to the amenities and fees <br />for the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts requested that the applicant specifically address issues relating to the $1 million <br />for open space being rejected by the voters in voting for Measure P. <br /> <br />The applicant noted that the substance of the presentation will be for clarifying and expanding on the <br />Commission's understanding of the issues for the project, and will not be to negotiate issues relating to <br />the project. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran noted he may be absent from the June 23, 1999, Commission meeting. <br /> <br />8.
