Commissioner Cooper requested that Page 8, second to last paragraph, be amended to read, "He <br />recommended that the City Council consider expanding the project to 250 homes to provide an incentive <br />for key players to pay for infrastructure." <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested that Page 8, last paragraph, be amended to read, "... regulation of <br />chemicals should be done on a case-by-case basis; however, due to state law preemption, this was not <br />possible; therefore, he would support a condition for organic practices only." <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested that Page 10, Item No. 2, be amended to read, "Maas votedno." <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested that Page 9, first paragraph, be amended to read, "... it is not the <br />responsibility of the City; however, he felt the City shouM advocate a repeal of the mining act of 1872 at <br />higher governmental levels." <br /> <br />On order of the Chairperson, the minutes of April 28, 1999, were approved as amended. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br /> <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4.
