· THE CITY OF <br /> <br />PL£ASANTON <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />Wednesday, March 10, 1999 <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March I0, 1999, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson <br />Kumaran. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of <br />Public Works; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Greg Plucker, <br />Associate Planner; and Deanne Helgesen, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioners Geoff Cooper, <br />Trish Maas, Matt Sullivan, and Mary Roberts <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Harvey Kameny <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested that Page 12, under "Matters Initiated by Commission Members" <br />relating to the San Francisco Water District's activities on the south side of Route 84, include a request <br />that staff provide a response to what the boundaries of the "sphere of influence" are and if the City <br />would have an opportunity to comment on plans within the sphere. <br /> <br />On order of the Chairperson, the minutes of February 24, 1999, were approved as amended. <br /> <br />3.
