Zoning for the <br />property is the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential) O <br />(Office), Downtown Revitalization District, and core Area Overlay District. The Planning <br />Commission will also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson referenced a staffreport dated February 24, 1999, and highlighted key areas contained in the <br />report including background information, site description, proposed site improvements and building <br />design, noise, grading and urban stormwater runoff measures, and utilities. He noted that staffhad <br />discussed the conditions with the applicant and agreed to recommend some changes, which are reflected <br />in the memo distributed to the Commission.
