ROLLCALLVOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Kameny, and Roberts <br />Commissioner Maas and Chairperson Ku_maran <br />Commissioner Sullivan <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-99-17 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />Discussion ensued relating to design of patio fence and the specific conditions contained in Exhibit "B'. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Commissioner Cooper, to approve the <br />applicants' request to modify the design and location of the lower patio fence subject to the <br />conditions listed in Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />ROLLCALLVOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Kameny, Maas, Roberts and Chairperson Kumaran <br />None <br />Commissioner Sullivan <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-99-18 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson clarified the final motion is that the trellis is going to be retained in the project, the window <br />trim and sill does not have to be installed, and that applicants' request to modify the design and location <br />of the lower patio fence is approved subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B." <br /> <br />PUD-98-22, George Marment <br />Application for: (1) a rezoning of an approximately 3,764-square foot portion of an <br />approximately 11,915-square foot parcel from the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />development-High Density Residential) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit <br />Development-Office) District; (2) a rezoning of the remaining 8,151-square feet of the same <br />parcel from the O (Office) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development-Office) <br />District; and (3) a PUD development plan approval to construct a two-story, approximately <br />4,240-square foot office building located at 201 Old Bernal Avenue. Zoning for the <br />property is the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential) O <br />(Office), Downtown Revitalization District, and core Area Overlay District. The Planning <br />Commission will also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson referenced a staffreport dated February 24, 1999, and highlighted key areas contained in the <br />report including background information, site description, proposed site improvements and building <br />design, noise, grading and urban stormwater runoff measures, and utilities. He noted that staffhad <br />discussed the conditions with the applicant and agreed to recommend some changes, which are reflected <br />in the memo distributed to the Commission.
