d. Chairperson Kumaran requested that he be informed of all special meetings before they are <br />scheduled. <br /> <br />e. Chairperson Kumaran requested that staff examine issues relating to a pothole on Stoneridge Drive, <br />west of Hopyard Road and Interstate 680. <br /> <br />f. Chairperson Kumaran inquired as to the estimated completion date of Stoneridge Drive being <br />extended to Dublin Canyon Road. Mr. Higdon responded that the extension should be completed by <br />summer 1999. <br /> <br />g. Commissioner Maas commented on cellular phone antennas being installed in church steeples in <br />Seattle, Washington. <br /> <br />h. Commissioner Kameny inquired when the Morgan/Shutts application will be heard by the Planning <br />Commission, and was informed by Mr. Iserson that it will be agendized at the February 10, 1999 <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />i. Commissioner Cooper commented on the Hopyard Road closures and having workers park their <br />vehicles in the left-turn lane to allow for operation of remaining lanes. <br /> <br />j. Commissioner Cooper raised concerns relating to illegal structures in Pleasanton and requested this <br />issue be agendized for discussion at a future meeting. <br /> <br />k. Commissioner Roberts noted that Safeway has affirmed their commitment to provide an art piece <br />and is working with the Civic Arts Commission. <br /> <br />8.
