APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 28, 2000 <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin requested that Page 5, the motion, be amended to include, "that three-foot <br />bores shall be required on the upper lots of M-2, M-3 and M-4." <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin noted that the description for Item 6.a., PCUP-13, Shin N.
