Trident Associates (Castlewood Estates). and Black Mountain DeveloDment <br />(C.........e Gardens) <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that there be discussion at a future time on what the City is doing to <br />handle regional traffic congestion. Further, she requested Diana Bonnano be present to address issues <br />relating to regional traffic. Further, she requested that the Commission be included in the presentation to <br />the City Council by the Mobility Enhancement Task Force. Commissioner Kameny initiated discussion <br />relating to continuing this item until a full commission is present. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to the timeline for providing the 1999 Growth Management allocations to the <br />City Council. Commissioner Sullivan noted the importance of the Commission and the City Council <br />having discussion on the issues contained in the staff report before a decision is made on the allocations. <br />Commissioner Kameny concurred with Commissioner Sullivan's statements and noted that with only <br />four members of the Commission present, there is a potential for a deadlocked motion.
