Resolution No. PC-99-22 <br />Page 12 <br />57. All curbs within a 7 1/2 foot radius of a public fire hydrant shall be painted red unless <br /> modified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code or the Fire Chief. Blue street "hydrant <br /> markers" shall be installed for all fire hydrants per City of Pleasanton Standard <br /> Specifications. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />58. <br /> <br />The developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.010 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These <br />improvements may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, <br />sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, <br />underground utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation <br />systems. <br /> <br />59. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />60. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />61. <br /> <br />The applicant shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those parcels of <br />land intended to be public streets. <br /> <br />62. <br /> <br />The applicant shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for public <br />service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or other <br />easements which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />63. <br /> <br />The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />64. <br /> <br />The applicant shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this development <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. When the sidewalk is adjacent to the <br />curb and gutter, they shall be poured monolithically. <br /> <br /> <br />
