74. <br /> <br />Curbs along the cul-de-sac must be painted red or "No Parking" signs provided as <br />required by the vehicle code. <br /> <br />75. <br /> <br />The developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible fi.om all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time <br />hours. Tenant spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />POLICE <br /> <br />76. <br /> <br />The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to and <br />fi.om the area for City emergency services communications including but not <br />limited to City 800 mhz tmnked radio, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Services radio, <br />Alameda County 800 mhz trunked radio, CLEMAR/Police Dispatch, and the <br />current police mobile data system, unless waived by the Police Department. <br />Expert opinions may be required in anticipation of communication difficulties <br />inside or around large structures. Mitigation plans of less than acceptable <br />communications shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police Department <br />prior to approval and shall be financed by the developer immediately upon <br />approval. <br /> <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />Streets <br /> <br />77. <br /> <br />The developer shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those <br />parcels of land intended to be public streets (Crosby Drive extension). <br /> <br />78. <br /> <br />The developer shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for <br />public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or <br />other easements which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />79. <br /> <br />The developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.010 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These <br />improvements may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and <br />gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street <br />lighting, underground utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic <br />irrigation systems. <br /> <br /> <br />
