PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF DALE <br /> MORRIS FOR REZONING, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-98-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dale Morris has applied to rezone an approximately 7,500 square-foot lot located <br /> at 141 Ray Street from the RM-1,500 (Multi-Family Residential) zoning district <br /> to the R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 10, 1999, the Planning Commission, after considering <br /> all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br /> concerning this proposal, recommended approval of the Negative Declaration <br /> prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning to Single-Family <br /> Residential is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-98-10, the application of Dale Morris to rezone <br /> an approximately 7,500 square-foot lot located at 141 Ray Street from the RM-1,500 <br /> (Multi-Family Residential) zoning district to the R-1-6,500 (Single-Family <br /> Residential) zoning district <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYE S: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan, and Chairperson Kumaran <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
