Resolution No. PC-99-04 Page 13 Fire 62. The applicants shall install an automatic fire sprinkler system for the building. The sprinkler system shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief and Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of a building permit. 63. The applicants shall provide 45 fi. inside/55 fi. outside turning radii along the Pleasanton Hotel parking lot drive aisle that is located on the north side of the hotel building. Details of the parking lot turning radii shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief prior to issuance of a building permit. 64. Prior to building occupancy, the applicants shall clearly post maximum vehicle clearance signs above or near the parking garage openings. Details of said signs shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief and Planning Director prior to installation. 65. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. 66. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 67. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. 68. The applicants shall install a new fire hydrant on the north side of the building and within a parking lot planter island. Approval of the final number, type, and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. 69. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity of 1.5 cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, openings, or combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system.
