All firearms shall either be stored in the gun room or in the locked glass display case behind <br /> the knife and binocular display counter as shown in the floor plan, Exhibit "A", dated <br /> "Received November 10, 1998". Only the managers of the store shall have the keys to the <br /> gun room and to the glass display case. The gun room shall be locked and alarmed when the <br /> store manager or an assistant manager is not in the room. <br /> <br />9. When a firearm customer is picking up a firearm that he or she has purchased, the store <br /> manager or an assistant manager shall walk the customer and the firearm to the front exit. <br /> The applicant shall ensure that all firearm customers place the firearm(s) they receive in their <br /> vehicle prior to continuing to shop in Wal-Mart. <br /> <br />10. During open business hours, the sporting goods section of the store shall be staffed by at least <br /> one employee. <br /> <br />11. A video camera shall monitor customers coming to the sporting goods counter and the <br /> firearms displayed in the glass firearm display case at all times. <br /> <br />12. If the applicant wishes to relocate the firearm sales to a different building, the applicant shall <br /> secure a new conditional use permit to relocate into the new tenant space or building prior to <br /> occupying the tenant space or building. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
