CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 0 I- 104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the expiration of various terms and/or resignations, vacancies have occurred <br /> on various Commissions and Committees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />applications were received and interviews held with various individuals who are <br />interested in serving on the commissions and/or committees and their <br />qualifications evaluated. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Kurt Weist is appointed as a regular member and Joseph Jones is appointed as an <br />alternate member of the Housing Commission, which terms expire on September <br />30, 2005, or until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Clinton Johnson is appointed as an alternate member of the Youth Commission, <br />which term expires on September 30, 2005, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Jeffrey Schroeder is appointed as a representative of the Residential Building <br />Industry to the Economic Vitality Committee, which term expires on September <br />30, 2005, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Rudy Xavier is appointed as a representative of the Software Industry to the <br />Economic Vitality Committee, which term expires on September 30, 2005, or until <br />such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 5: <br />Section 6: <br /> <br />Mark Wilson is appointed to the Community Monitor Committee dealing with the <br />Altamont Landfill issues. <br /> <br />Brian Bourg is appointed to the Education Account Advisory Committee dealing <br />with the Altamont Landfill issues. <br /> <br /> <br />
