CITY OF PLEASAI`JTO^d <br />CCIUi~ETY OF AI.AMEGA <br />STAit OF CALIFORNIA <br />RE~pLLJT10N N~I.jR..G_.~+~ ~y/ <br />AMENDING PLEASANTON AREA GENERAL <br />PLAN, EASTERLY SIDE OF FIRST STREET, <br />BETWEEN VINEYARD AVENUE AND KOTTINGER AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, a Pleasanton Area General Plan adopted March 1, <br />1965, designated the easternly portion of First Street property, <br />between Vineyard Avenue and Kottinger Avenue, as "Held for Further <br />Consideration"; and <br />WHEREAS, application has been made for change, reportedly <br />received, and public hearings duly held; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Pleasanton Area General Plan as adopted by Resolu- <br />tion 65-34 dated March 1, 1965, is hereby amended to add as a <br />component to said general plan the following: <br />Northeast corner, with 128' Vineyard frontage and <br />111' First Street frontage: Highway Commercial. <br />Southerly portion of First Street frontage, to <br />depth of existing lots: Professional and <br />administrative offices. <br />2.
