ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> CITY OF pLEASANTO~N <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-17! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF SPECIAL <br /> <br /> REVENUE BOND ELECTION HELD ON OCTOBER 5, 1~65 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton duly <br />called and ordered held in said City a special revenue bond elec- <br />tion for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors there- <br />of the Measure hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said special revenue bond election was held on <br />Tuesday, October 5, 1965, in accordance with law, and the votes <br />thereat received and canvassed, and the returns thereof ascertained, <br />determined and declared in all respects as required by law; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Clerk of said City be and is hereby <br />instructed to enter this resolution on the minutes of this City <br />Council as a statement of the result of said election. <br /> <br /> 2. That the total number of votes cast in said City at <br />said special revenue bond election was 530 votes. That <br /> <br /> 1 ballots were spoiled and not counted. <br /> <br /> 3. That at said election the following Measure for <br />issuing revenue bonds was submitted to the electors of said City <br />and that the number of votes given in said City for and against <br />said Measure (including absentee votes) was as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
