The City Council does hereby affirm the report, <br />recommendation and finding of the Planning Commission, in <br />denying the application of Life Signs, 1038 Center Street, <br />San Carlos, for a Zoning Permit in order to construct a <br />directional home development sign structure within the Western <br />Pacific Railroad right-of-way southwesterly of Santa Rita <br />Road, in a C-T District. <br /> <br /> 2.
