The City officers are hereby authorized to purchase <br />real property described below for the sum of $17,000.00. <br /> <br /> 2. Said funds for said purchase shall be made pursuant <br />to Section 186.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, <br />being a portion of Gas Tax Funds of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 3. The City officers shall execute escrow instructions <br />and necessary documents to complete the purchase, and shall <br /> <br />provide closing expenses <br />appropriate funds. <br /> <br /> 4.
