The City finance officers are hereby instructed and <br />authorized to open an account at a duly licensed bamk to be <br />known as follows: <br /> <br /> "Bond Coupon and Redemption Account, <br /> Assessment District No. 64-3" <br /> <br /> 2. The purpose of this account is for depositing and <br />paying money for the assessment bond retirement. <br /> <br /> 3.
