CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE-~nLUTII3 N ND. 65-187 <br /> <br />SUPPORTING APPLICATION TO DISSOLVE <br />KILKARE MANOR COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton favors <br />reducing and eliminating local governmental agencies with <br />overlapping boundaries and duplicate powers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the essential functions for Kilkare Manor near <br />Sunol, California, are handled by the City and Pleasanton <br />Township County Water District; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does support the present application <br />of Kilkare Manor Community Services District to dissolve. <br /> <br /> 2.
