CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />C(Yo'NTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-190 <br /> <br />ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE-OF FUNDS <br />ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHI/AY FUND TO CITIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Master A~ree~eut for the Budgeting and Expenditure of funds <br />allocated from tke State Higkway Fund to cities has been entered into by the <br />City of Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State <br />l)epar~ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to <br />as the depart=sent; and, <br /> <br /> I~IKREAS~ the City Council has prepared a project statement showing <br />estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be mede during the <br />1965-66 fiscal year; and, <br /> <br /> I/ItER~AS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and is <br />familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pleanenton <br />that said project state~ent dated November 22, 1965~ be and is hereby adopted <br />as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, <br />said project statement be and the seme is hereby approved end the Director <br />of Public Works is directed to sign the seme on behalf of said City, and <br />said project to be sul~itted to the Department of Public Works, State of <br />California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code. <br /> <br />APPROVED AHD SUBMITTED THIS November 22, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODI/ARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolutlon was duly and regularly <br />passed by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meetiu~ <br />thereof held November 22, 1965. <br /> <br />(S~L) <br /> <br />HELHE WOOI~RI)~ City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
