RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND AUTHORIZING NOTICE <br />OF COMPLETION, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1964-3, <br />ARROYO DEL VALLE INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work having certified to this <br />City Council that the Improvements to be constructed in Assess- <br />ment District No. 1964-3, Arroyo Del Valle Interceptor Sewer Pro- <br />ject, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, have been <br />inspected and found to comply with the approved plans, special <br />provisions, and standard specifications, and having recommended <br />that said work be accepted as completed on the 22nd day of November, <br />1965; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Pleasanton has <br />also certified that said improvements have been completed in <br />accordance with the Plans and Specifications; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that this City <br />Council does hereby accept said work as completed on the 22nd day <br />of November, 1965, and the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton is <br />hereby directed to record a Notice of Completion in the office of <br />the County Recorder of the County of Alameda. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 22nd day of November, 1965, by the following, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen <br />Councilmen· <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Cl~rk, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California. <br /> <br />ORJ6 MAL <br /> <br /> <br />
