'"' "" "' '- PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 65-195 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT OF <br /> TEMPORARY EASEMENT <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The City officers, pursuant to agreements for develop- <br />ment of Vintage Hills Subdivision, and in cooperation with <br />local school districts, are hereby authorized to execute in <br />behalf of the City the grant of temporary easement described <br />below: <br /> <br /> Grant of Temporary Easement from the City of <br /> Pleasanton to the Pleasanton Joint School District <br /> of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, a non- <br /> exclusive temporary easement for roadway purposes, <br /> being a one-foot strip of Lot G at the end of <br /> Palomino Drive on Tract 2629. <br /> <br /> 2. A copy of the form of said Grant of Temporary Easement, <br />containing a complete legal description of said easement, is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />DATED: November 22, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
