The City officers are hereby authorized to execute in <br />behalf of the City a contract described as follows: <br /> <br /> Second amendment to Garbage Collection Contract <br /> between JOHN PIETRONAVE and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> dated June 8, 1962, as amended October 16, 1964. <br /> <br /> 2.
