YOF/:'LAMEDA <br />S:,,;E 0!: CALIFORNI/:' <br /> <br />t~E~O LUTIL-1 N kl~. 66-7 <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2796, <br />PLEASAN~ON ~VALLEY UNIT NO. 7, AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2796, Pleasanton Valley Uni~ <br />No. 7, drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, San Leandro,~, <br />California, dated December, 1965, is hereby approved; and the <br />City officers are authorized to execute the necessary title <br />sheet certificates in behalf of the City, as provided below. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute <br />the subdivision agreement between the City and D & V Builders, <br />Inc., 6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated <br />January 17, 1966. <br /> <br /> 3. Ail plans specifications, instruments and documents <br />of title required by said agreements or City ordinances being <br />in the hands of the City Clerk, the City Council does hereby <br />consent to the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication <br />of all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shownn <br />on said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5. An alternate street lighting system to provide gas <br />light in front of each single-family residence shall be <br />included in the plans and specifications, to be constructed <br />in lieu of regular electric street lighting, upon terms and <br />conditions acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />DATED: January 17, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOHN B.
