CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A BOARD OF APPEALS PURSUANT TO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 440. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 7, 1966, Ordinance No. 440 of the City <br />· of Pleasanton, adopting the 1964 Edition of the Uniform Build- <br />ing Code, was introduced by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides for the establishment of a <br />Board of Appeals to act on matters pertaining thereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance further provides that the City Council <br />may by Resolution designate any Board of Appeals created by <br />any other Ordinance to be and act as the Board of Appeals <br />eatahtish~d~hy sa~dzOrdinance No. 440; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Appeals <br />created by Ordinance 394, the Unsafe Building Ordinance, is <br />hereby designated as the Board of Appeals established by said <br />Ordinance No. 440 and its appointed members amd their successomrs <br />shall act as the Board of Appeals pursuant to said Ordinance <br />No. 440; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said designation shall become <br />effective ~hen said Ordinance No. 440 becomes effective~ and <br />shall remain in full force and effect until a superseding Boardd <br />of Appeals is designated. <br /> <br />DATED: February 7, 1966 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
