EXHIBIT "A" <br /> DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 43, JORGENSEN ANNEX <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly right-of-way line of State <br /> Highway 04 Ala 680, formerly State Highway IV Ala, 1078, commonly known as Foot- <br /> hill Road, 50 feet in width, at the most northeasterly corner of that certain <br /> territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 410, adopted <br /> June 7, 1965, a map of which was filed July 27, 1965, in Nap Book 43, at Page <br /> 96A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, and running thence south- <br /> westerly and northwesterly along the general northeasterly boundary line of said <br /> territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton to the northwesterly corner of that <br /> certain parcel of land designated PARCEL I and conveyed by Edwin W. Carter and <br /> Esther C. Carter, his wife, to Stanley E. Jorgensen and Georgeana E. Jorgensen, <br /> his wife, by deed dated July 12, 1955, and recorded in Book 7732 of Official <br /> Records at page 43 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence leaving <br /> said general northwesterly boundary line northeasterly along the northwesterly line <br /> of said parcel of land to an intersection thereof with the aforesaid southwesterly <br /> right-of-way line of State Highway 04 Ala. 680; thence southeasterly along last <br /> said line to the point of beginning. <br /> 3-8-66 <br />
