AMARAL ANNEX <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of that certain territory annexed <br /> to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 406, adopted May 3, 1965, a map of <br /> which was filed July 27, 1965, in Book 43 of Maps at Page 93A thereof, Records of <br /> Alameda County, California; thence southerly and easterly along the general easterly <br /> boundary line of said territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton to an angle point <br /> therein; thence laaving said general easterly boundary line to the southeasterly <br /> cornr.r of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Remillard Brick Company, a Cali- <br /> fornia corporation, to Leroy J. Amaral and Ruth J. Amaral, his wife, by deed re- <br /> corded September 30, 1964 in Reel 1325 of Official Records at image 623 (AW 156 861) , <br /> Records of Alameda County, California; thence northerly along the easterly line of <br /> said parcel of land to an intersection thereof with the southeasterly right-of-way <br /> line of County Road No. 1530, commonly known as Stanley Boulevard, 66 feet in width; <br /> thence southwesterly along said southeasterly right-of-way line to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> 3-2-66 <br />
