EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ANNEXATION NO. ~ AMARAL ANNEX <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of that certain territory annexed <br />to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 406, adopted May 3, 1965, a map of <br />which was filed July 2?, 1965, in Book 43 of Maps at Page 93A thereof, Records of <br />Alameda County, California; thence southerly and easterly along the general easterly <br />boundary line of said territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton to an angle point <br />therein; thence leaving said general easterly boundary line to the southeasterly <br />corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Remillard Brick Company, a Cali- <br />fornia corporation, to Leroy J. Amaral and Ruth J. Amaral, his wife, by deed <br />corded September 30, 1964 in Reel 1325 of Official Records at ~mage 623 (AW 156 861), <br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence northerly along the easterly line of <br />said parcel of land to an intersection thereof with the southeasterly right-of-way <br />line of County Road No. 1530, commonly known as Stanley Boulevard, 66 feet in width; <br />thence southwesterly along said southeasterly right-of-way line to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />3-2-66 <br /> <br /> <br />
