The time and place is hereby fixed when and where any person owning real property within the uninhabited territory described above and proposed to be annexed to the City of Pleasanton, and having any objections thereto, may appear before~ the Council and show cause why such annexation should not take place, to wit: AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, PLEASANTON WOMEN'S CLUB BUILDING, REGALIA AVENUE, KOTTINGER VILLAGE, PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA, AT 8:00 P.M., MONDAY, JULY 25, 1966. Such protest must be filed in writing, and may be filedd at any time before the hour set for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, and shall state the name or names of the owner or owners of property affected, and the description and area of such property, in general terms. 7. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be published at least twice, but not oftener than once a week, in "THE TIMES~, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton; and to be published outside the City but within the County of Alamedaa where said territory is located. be completed at least twenty (20) hearing.
